Book"Movement for Life"
In December 1994 Sonsanim Ko. Myong first book "Shinson Hapkido - Movement for Life" was published. In diesem Buch hat Sonsanim Ko. Myong sein Wissen über die Wurzeln und Entwicklung der Kampf- und Bewegungskünste, der Gesundheitslehre und der Geschichte seines Landes zusammengetragen. Philosophische Hintergründe werden hier genauso vorgestellt wie auch Techniken und Bewegungsabläufe aus dem Shinson Hapkido. Bei alledem soll das Buch in erster Linie den Zugang zu der ganzheitlichen Bedeutung dieser Bewegungskunst eröffnen. Mit Shinson Hapkido möchte Sonsanim Ko. Myong die Menschen bewegen, sich wieder auf ihren natürlichen Weg zu machen: auf den Weg des Friedens, des Gleichgewichts und der Liebe zu Mensch und Natur. Dieser Weg ist für alle offen.

Movement for life - a book for best practise
Sonsanim Ko. Myong's second book is currently in preparation. This volume will be a code of best practise for Shinson Hapkido. It will contain many pictures and descriptions of all techniques of the basic curriculum from the white belt (Mu Kup) to the first Dan.
More than showing these techniques the book wants to communicate a better understanding of true martial art as an exercise to find one's true self, "Dae Do".
Therefore this book will be interesting for those who look for the relationship between movements and health, other martial arts and holistic methods of development and healing. Furthermore, it can be a guidepost for those who are interested in finding a fulfilled daily life but are not necessarily specialised in martial arts.
The book is expected to be published in late 2012.
